“Culture” (of Innovation) has propelled to the top of leaders’s agenda as a key differentiator to win in the VUCA world. But what truly is culture. It often gets muddled up with, or in, processes (‘yes, we’re doing “Hackatons” and “Lean” and “Design Thinking” so we’re good!’). Let’s spend some time to truly internalize what culture represents and then look at what it takes to establish the one you’re after. We’ll start from the Leadership Mindset, and bring it to the organization through emphasis on Behaviors as foundation for a Learning Organisation.
